Thursday: 41 mile bike; 2 mile run; 30 min swim

S: 30 min swim.

B: 2 hours recovery. Tuesday was great but am still feeling the effects from that ride. Didn't feel right today, even for recovery.

R: 2 miles.

W: 2x8 pullups. 6x25 pushups.
