Achilles has been throbbing in pain all day. And it kept me up last night as well. Not exactly sure how I hurt it or if it is even related to training as I barely ran last week and it randomly starting hurting after having not run for 3 days. Hopefully, it will go away soon, but no running for at least a couple days.
