Tuesday: 56 mile bike; 2000 meter swim.

A little on the sick side. Feel ok when training and shitty otherwise. Arghh.

S: 2000 meters.

B: 2:38. 56 miles. 210w.

Bro, you need to rest. Training while sick makes your illness worse. Take a week, or however long required, off. -Pete

Thanks Pete. If I were not 2+ weeks out, then I would take as much time off completely as needed. Unfortunately, getting sick now could not have come at a worse time. I'll do what I can do. Thankfully, I'm starting to get some energy back though I still have illness symptoms. I'd say I'm about 75-80% right now but on the way up.
