Back from the bachelor party. Good to catch up with some old friends. Not so good for training or recovery. Little sleep.
Saturday: 30 min run. 3.18 miles. Ran in the gym, which had no circulation. Was tough.
Sunday: 56 mile ride. 2:35:52; 216w; 87rpm. Tired. Hurting. Just getting it done. 30 min run.
