Friday: 41 mile bike; strength

Weighed myself this morning. I'm heavy! Time to start watching what I eat and training more. I'll start tracking my weight again on the right hand side of the blog.

p.m. Strength (4x15 push-ups; 3x3 pull-ups; abs)
