Thursday: 4 mile run; 56 mile bike

4.46 mile easy run; 8:58 min/mi pace. Can still feel my achilles a little, but seems better than before.

56 mile bike. Felt terrific and then hit a brick wall at the 2:10 mark. I didn't take in enough calories. FL: 2:35:23; 228w; 148bpm; 81rpm; 21.6mph
