Tuesday: 20 mile bike; 5 mile run

Just trying to get back into the swing of things and get the legs spinning again. That was the longest I have gone without riding in way over a year and I could definitely feel it.

The break was good mentally and physically but now it is time to step it up. 20 weeks until the race.

20 mile bike. 189w. 5.64 mile run. 8:51 min/mi.
